What technical skills do I need?

None, after you place your order for your RapidPage website, one of our design team members will call you to discuss the design specifications of your website - that is color, page names and any other design specifications so your website is done just the way you want it.

Can the Logo and pictures be changed on the RapidPage design template?

Yes, after you place your order one of our design team members will call you to discuss the design specifications of your website.  They will ask you where you want your logo place, or will suggest where it should go.  They will discuss with you and suggest some ideas for pictures that will compliment your website home page.  We will take care of you through-out the design process of your website.

Can the colors be changed on the RapidPage design templates?

Yes, after you place your order one of our design team members will call you to discuss the design specifications of your website.  Colors, fonts, page titles, logos, pictures that you would like for each page.  The RapidPage web design team member will then send you a document listing what you have requested for you to review, sign and fax back to us.  And then they will give you an email address and project number by which you can send us your text, pictures and any other media that you would like on your pages.  Once we recieve your information we will then have your site ready for you in about a week.

Can I Modify the site myself?

Yes, with RapidPage, if you choose the "Content Management System" option you can modify, add, delete any of the page content you would like.  We give you a web login and then you select the page you would like to modify.  All of the page's information is shown to you and all you have to do is start modifying the text, change the pictures or add links and upload documents.  If you can operate a word processor, and you have access to the internet, you can modify your webpages yourself.

Can I replace and add photos on my RapidPage Website?

Yes, if you choose the "Content Management System" option you can add, delete any picture on any page of your website.  We give you a web login and then you select the page you would like to modify.  All of the page's information is shown and all you have to do is right click on the picture(s) you would like to delete or change and then select the new image from your hard drive, hit "upload" and the picture is sent to the server and resized automatically.  It's that simple.

Can I add more pages to my RapidPage Website?

Yes, if you choose the "Content Management System" option you can add, delete any picture on any page of your website.  We give you a web login and then you select the page you would like to modify.  All of the page's information is shown and all you have to do is right click on the picture(s) you would like to delete or change and then select the new image from your hard drive, hit "upload" and the picture is sent to the server and resized automatically.  It's that simple.

How many pictures can I have in a photo gallery?

Up to 10 images in a photo gallery are the standard amount. Additional images can be added, call for pricing.

What does a $65 page include?

Up to 8 paragraphs of text, and text must be supplied in electronic format, either MSword, .TXT or .pdf format. We do not do any “copy” work on the clients text, we do not do any spell check or grammar check on any client’s text.

Two links either inbound or outbound.

Up to four pictures. No matte or color correction. Pictures must be supplied in .jpg format or raw format and pictures must be selected by the client. If the client wants to change the picture after the design has started there will be design charge.

What are page add-ons?

Custom Graphics, Picture mattes, Scrolling text window, Extra links, either inbound or outbound, PDF document conversions, Multi column page layouts, Page tables, Forms, Facebook links, Slideshows, Custom forms. Call for pricing.

How long does my website take to complete?

A timeline is given to the customer after all website information is received and acknowledged by RapidPage. We aim to meet all target delivery dates, however, we are not responsible for any costs incurred by the customer if the timeline slips. Please see our EULA (end user license agreement) and Terms of Service agreement. We are not responsible for any “act‐of‐God” or outside influences that may come to bear. The client must sign‐off that all information has been given for design to commence and after that date any “new” information that is given is classified as outside of the contract and our typical rates will apply. After all the above information is recieved the website will be complete in approximately 1 week.
